Tom Neiger is the CEO and founder of Nations Interbanc. Prior to launching Nations Interbanc, Tom served as CFO and COO of a mid size services company in the Legal industry. Previously, Tom spent 20+ years in the financial services and banking industry at Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting), where he worked with many mid and large size Banks. He held numerous leadership positions during his tenure, including running Accenture’s west coast Banking practice. In addition, Tom has been a successful investor and board member/advisor to numerous technology and digital startups over the past 20 years, having taken both debt and equity positions in these companies.
Tom brings his nearly 30 years of business experience to his clients and uses his “consultative” style to help his clients solve their business problems – in addition to providing them their much needed growth capital. Having spent time “on the other side of the table” as an executive, dealing with Banks and VCs to raise capital, Tom understands the challenges involved with getting traditional Bank financing for many companies and knows what it feels like to walk in his clients’ shoes.
Tom graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelors degree in Math and Economics. He is an avid bicyclist and lives in Southern California with his wife and three children.
Vinay Jatwani is the Chief Revenue Officer of Nations Interbanc. Prior to his position, Vinay served as CEO and founder of a successful Digital Content Marketing company with an expertise in Native Advertising.
Vinay brings over 20 years of experience in the Digital Marketing & Ad-Tech space and has a broad knowledge of the sector as well as deep relationships with advertisers, publishers and technology partners.
Due to his keen understanding of advertising and marketing strategies, Vinay is an investor in various start ups and currently holds advisory board roles in many companies. He brings knowledge and direction to new media technologies.
Vinay graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a Bachelors degree of Science in Economics and Political Science. He resides in Orange County with his wife and two sons.
John Bluestone serves as Nations Interbanc’s Account Manager. As Account Manager, he facilitates client transactions, troubleshoots issues and helps set company policy. Having established multi-year relationships with many Nations Interbanc clients, Bluestone’s practical advice and knowledge of the accounts receivable lending business renders him an ideal resource for clients. A combined twenty-five plus years in the financial services industry and a keen eye for detail makes John the company’s go-to guy, especially in areas of contracts and research.
A long-term veteran of the Accounts Receivable financing business, John continues to enjoy the diversity of businesses he gets to know on a daily basis. From small and medium sized manufacturers to a wide range of niche technology and digital media businesses, Bluestone continues to marvel at how individuals identify and respond to marketplace needs. He takes great pride in helping his clients realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
